Lester Lifestyle and Health Pty Ltd was created in
order to provide retirement villages predominantly within the residential
land subdivisions managed by other Lester Group companies.
Our retirement villages, under the name of Brindabella Lifestyle Villages,
encompass housing built under the Retirement Villages Act 1992, based
in vibrant residential areas. They will cater for the active over-55's
with resort style living, encompassing lifestyle choices and medical
facilities.
Villages are currently planned for:
Kingston in Australind
Brindabella
by the River, and
Caversham in the Perth metropolitan area.
Planning for "Brindabella by the River" in
Australind is well progressed, with an expected 195 two and three bedroom
homes planned. The construction of the first stage and the community
centre is expected to commence in the second half of 2009.
In addition to Brindabella Villages, Lester Lifestyle and Health Pty
Ltd is also looking at opportunities for the creation of ancillary lifestyle
products, which may include medical suites and sporting and health facilities.
