Somerville Waters, Joondalup

A joint venture with an external investor producing 158 residential lots adjoining Lake Joondalup in the Perth metropolitan area. Somerville Waters required substantial environmental input due to its proximity to the Lake.

Many of the lots have absolute lake frontage and most others are suitably elevated, giving them the benefit of excellent views. This private estate was developed with families in mind, utilising recreational spaces and making use of the parkland grassed foreshore to create a community open space.
