The Palm Beach Estate in Rockingham
is the first completed Joint Venture development project of its type
undertaken by the Western Australian State Government.
This joint venture includes 240 single
residential lots from 400 sqm to 700 sqm with a number of grouped housing
sites. Particular focus was given to landscaping, development of Public
Open Space, the creation of two entry statements and the development
of fences around the project area.
Bounded by the sheltered waters of Palm Beach and nearby Shoalwater
Bay, Palm Beach Estate is right in the heart of one of the most beautiful
coastal environments in Western Australia. The Point Peron headland
shelters Palm Beach from the afternoon sea breeze, making Palm Beach's
tranquil waters ideal for swimming, sailing, sun bathing and water skiing.
