Exmouth is a tourist and aquaculture
based town approximately 1200 kilometres north of Perth, Western Australia.
Tourism is based around the Ningaloo reef system and associated aquatic
activities. Recently completed in 2008, the Exmouth Marina Canals is
a Lester Group project that created 130 canal lots and 38 ocean front
lots.
This project has proved to be a strong success for the Group, with most
lots sold well in advance of construction completion. The canals were
challenging from both engineering and marketing perspectives, as Exmouth
is an isolated town within an often harsh environment, with no similar
development having occurred at the time.
Exmouth Marina Canals adds a new dimension
to Exmouth without diminishing the intrinsic feel of the existing town.
