The John Street Marina and the Riverbed Lease was
reacently sold in August 2008.
John Street Marina is a 165-berth boat marina situated
on the Swan River in North Fremantle. It caters for medium and large-scale
pleasure craft and some commercial boats. The Group owns the Riverbed
lease and marina and employs a full time Harbour Master to manage its
operations.
46 of the berths are allocated to the owners of The
Moorings residential apartments. Each resident enjoys direct access
to their own boat moored at the end of their garden whilst the remainder
of the berths are leased on an annual basis.
The John Street Marina and The
Moorings residential apartments were developed by the Lester Group.
