in the asset management of the company's commercial property portfolio
comprising commercial developments of office buildings, public car parks
and industrial sites.

Growing Portfolio
The Lester Group is in the business
of actively seeking commercial investment and development opportunities
with the aim of focusing on the industrial/commercial and suburban office
market.
Potential commercial developments
are planned within the Group's residential projects and incorporate
shopping centres, commercial and industrial premises, retirement villages,
child-care centres and education projects.
Approach
BCP endeavours to identify properties
to which we can add value through development, refurbishment and generally
maximising the potential return of the asset. This enables us to improve
the quality of the tenancy and the rental income.
Financing
To date, all properties and
commercial developments are wholly owned by the Lester Group.
